This page is written by Parsecode Labs, S.L.; until that company is
registered, its founder, Marcos Benedicto, is the person responsible
for what it says.

## 1. The binary

jaque does not phone home. It sends no telemetry, no usage report and
no crash report to us or to anyone. Every connection a running jaque
makes goes to something you configured: the hosts it checks, the sinks
it writes to, the notification providers you chose, the event log
server you pointed it at. The only place it looks for anything of ours
is the package repository, and only when you run your package manager.

## 2. The site and the package repositories

jaque.sh, docs.jaque.sh and pkgs.jaque.sh are static files served
through Cloudflare. We set no cookies and run no analytics. Cloudflare,
as the network in front of the files, sees the IP address and the
request line of every visit, keeps them for as long as its own retention
says, and shows us aggregate counts without addresses. Cloudflare's
handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

The demo at demo.jaque.sh is a jaque instance we run. Its access log
records the IP address and the requested path, and is kept for thirty
days for abuse handling.

## 3. The source repository

The source is hosted on GitLab. An issue, a merge request or a comment
you leave there is public and is handled under GitLab's terms and
privacy policy. If you sign the contributor licence agreement, the name
and email on your commits stay in the history of the repository, which
is what a contributor licence agreement is for.

## 4. Email

If you write to us, we keep the message for as long as the conversation
needs and use the address for nothing else.

## 5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish law you can ask what we hold about you, ask
for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Agencia Espanola
de Proteccion de Datos. In practice we hold nothing beyond the email you
sent us and the public repository history. Requests go to
marsanben92@gmail.com.
